About Aim Living
Aim Living is a growing supported accommodation provider currently undergoing registration with OFSTED under the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023 for young people aged 16+. While this registration is pending, we are delivering essential services to young adults aged 18+ and planning to open homes specifically designed to meet the needs of those with special educational or support needs.
Our planned services will focus on supporting care leavers and unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (UASC), helping them prepare for adulthood through safe, structured, and nurturing environments. However, our service model is flexible and may evolve to support other vulnerable young people, including those with special needs or complex backgrounds.
Our Commitment to Safeguarding
Aim Living is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including references from previous employers and an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. We follow safer recruitment procedures and expect all staff to uphold the highest standards of professional conduct at all times.
