About the Role

We are currently hiring

Children's Residential Support Workers

for our children's homes across Northamptonshire. This is an opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of young people by becoming part of a small, dedicated care team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide emotional and practical support to children and young people in a residential setting Work flexible shifts including sleep-ins (sleep-in shifts paid at 62.64 each) Support young people with daily routines such as attending school, appointments, and recreational activities Carry out household tasks, cooking, record-keeping, and occasional personal care Promote a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for all residents

Candidate Requirements

Must be aged 22 or over (due to children's home regulations) Passionate about supporting children and young people Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable but not essential Excellent communication and teamwork skills Hold a

full UK manual driving licence

Willing to undergo an

Enhanced DBS check

Right to work in the UK

Salary Breakdown:

Base Salary:

21,632 - 22,632 per annum (based on experience and qualifications)

Sleep-in Allowance:

62.64 per sleep-in (up to 7,516 per year)

Total Annual Salary (including sleep-ins):

27,645 - 28,645

Complex Care Bonus:

Additional 1,000 per annum
