Nurse / Senior Support Worker
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care and daily living assistance in line with individual care plans.
Support residents' independence and emotional wellbeing.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and comfort.
Assist with mobility, meals, and personal activities.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
Record and report any changes in residents' health or behaviour promptly.
Skills and Attributes
Kind, patient, and compassionate approach to care.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided.
