About the Role:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated
Support Worker
to join our care team. You will support residents with their personal care needs, promote their independence, and ensure dignity and respect at all times. This role involves delivering high-quality care and contributing to the smooth daily running of the home.Reports To:
Nurse / Senior Support WorkerSkills and Attributes:
A caring and patient nature Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Previous experience in a care setting preferred but not essential
