Pay rate:

14.70 per hour

Shift Pattern: Days and Waking Nights (8am-8pm & 8pm-8am)

Are you someone who loves helping others live life to the fullest? We're looking for a caring and motivated

Support Worker

to provide person-centred care and companionship to an individual living independently in Norwich.


This vibrant person enjoys staying active - whether that's

swimming, trampolining, or heading out on shopping trips.

We're looking for someone who can help them stay connected to their community, so

local knowledge, a good sense of direction and a full UK driving licence

are essential.


As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in

enriching someone's life

through fun, meaningful activities and a supportive, empathetic approach.

Previous experience supporting individuals with similar needs

is required.

What will your shift involve?




In this role, you will be providing high-quality care on a 2:1 basis, ensuring that the individual you support receives compassionate and attentive care tailored to their specific needs. Your responsibilities will include engaging with them in meaningful activities and taking them out in the community to promote their social interaction and well-being. Additionally, you will support with household tasks to maintain a clean and organized living environment that fosters comfort and independence. Clear and confident communication in their preferred manner will be essential to building a strong and trusting relationship.

This role sits within our LD&A family, and you will be supported by an experienced hands-on Team Leader.


We work together in a wide variety of locations to support adults and children with complex care needs, and a range of both physical and mental disabilities. We are person-centred and the needs of the people we support are at the heart of everything we do. Our teams are passionate about working in close partnership with the people we support to provide outstanding, tailored care that promotes empowerment, and do everything possible to help our clients to access new experiences.
