About the role:




The focus of this role is to help the people we support to develop independent living skills: improve their personal hygiene including all aspects of personal care, meal preparation, exercise, leisure activities and socialising - the daily routine of regular life. You'll get huge job satisfaction from seeing the people you are supporting do more for themselves and live the life they want to live.




You'll be supporting one gentleman in his own home, with another individual joining the service in the near future. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life, providing person-centred care and promoting independence wherever possible. Support is delivered over a 24 hour period/7 days a week-365 days a year.


Hours:





Full & part time positions available.


Shift Patterns:



08.00am-20.00pm- 09.00am-22.00pm sleep in/potentially a waking night- 9pm-7am.



Sleep in rate is 65, Split shifts available.


Location:





The service is located in Hucknall and is a 15 minute walk from the tram stop. Direct bus available from Victoria Centre


About you:
