Who would you be supporting:

This role would be to support a lady to live independently in her own with her cat and her dog. This lady requires personal care needs and clinical support which includes PEG, Cough Assist, Ventilator, Basic and controlled drug administration and management and use of a ceiling track hoist for moving and handling purposes. Full training will be provided. This lady has a passion for Disney, arts and crafts and socialising with her friends regularly. She would like applicants to have a down to earth, approachable personality, who is able to encourage and maintain her independence and support her with the things she loves to do.

The goal of this bespoke package of care is to support the lady to live independently in their own homes. A range of person centred tasks will be required from you including; medication management, social support, moving and handling and clinical support.
