We're looking for

Support Workers

to join our

Outreach Support Service

, supporting individuals in the community with:

Mental health challenges Trauma and addiction recovery Social isolation and tenancy sustainment
Whether it's helping someone feel confident in their own home or supporting them at a community event, you'll play a vital role in helping people feel safe, empowered, and connected.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting people 1:1 in their own homes and local communities Providing practical and emotional support Encouraging participation in social and community activities Assisting with housing, tenancy, or health-related challenges Developing individual support plans focused on strengths and goals
This role involves lone working, with on-call support available at all times.

We're looking for someone who is:

Emotionally intelligent and calm under pressure A great listener and communicator Reliable and self-motivated Able to build trusting relationships Comfortable working independently

You'll Need:

Manual UK Driving Licence Access to your own car for work Flexibility to work shift patterns (day, evening, or weekend)
