JOB TITLE: Part Time Support Worker, Sunday 0900-2100hrs

We're looking for an enthusiastic new person to join our small friendly team to support three individuals who have learning disabilities to live their best lives.

Overview of role:

Provide support, advocacy and information to the people that we support. Keyworker tasks which you will serve as the central point of contact and coordination for an individual's care, acting as a link between the resident, their family, and other services to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met according to their care plan Drive resident's personal vehicles in order to support residents to attend appointments, leisure pursuits etc (Full UK driving license required) Assist with personal care needs sensitively and appropriately to a high standard, including personal hygiene, laundry, cleaning, cooking, nutrition, administering medication where appropriate etc. Create opportunities for social and leisure activities. Introduce the people you support to a range of facilities and amenities in the local neighbourhood and wider community. Actively enable, develop and maintain links within the local community Work weekends and evenings
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour
