? Support Worker - Part-Time (Ivybridge Area) ?

Hours:

Monday:

9:30am - 3:30pm

Friday:

11:30am - 4:30pm
There is also potential for additional hours and overtime.

We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and supportive individual to provide 1:1 support for an adult in the Ivybridge area.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for picking the individual up from their home, transporting them to a local group/activity, supporting them throughout the session, and ensuring a safe return home. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, is patient and approachable, and is confident supporting someone in community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide safe and reliable transport to and from activities Offer encouragement, reassurance, and support during group sessions Promote independence while ensuring wellbeing Build a positive, trusting working relationship

About You:

Kind, supportive, and understanding Good communication skills Reliable and punctual Experience in care or support work is helpful but

not essential

A valid driving licence and personal vehicle with business insurance are essential

due to the nature and location of the role

Willingness to use personal transportation for client outings

is required
