Support Workers

to join our team and help individuals across Plymouth live fulfilling and independent lives.

Your Role:

Provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and community activities Encourage independence, confidence, and well-being Foster positive relationships through consistent, respectful support Help clients safely access the community, appointments, and leisure activities

What We're Looking For:

Experience in health or social care is welcome, but not essential - we value the right attitude and willingness to learn Friendly, patient, and motivated to support others Able to work independently and as part of a team A driver with access to a vehicle is a bonus, as some roles involve travel
