We are growing our support team in Peasedown, St. John, Bath (BA2) - could you be one of our new Support Workers?

• Annual Salary \xc2\xa322,486.67 with realistic earn up to salary of \xc2\xa328,781.04 PLUS company benefits
• Day Shifts, with sleep-ins, usually 1-2 a week, paid at an additional rate of \xc2\xa345 per night

You will be supporting six gentlemen aged under 30, and one lady in her 60\'s with learning disabilities and autism to live their best lives. You will be genuinely empathic and able to communicate effectively, with compassion and understanding as you support with favoured activities such as walking, shopping, visiting family and friends, day trips, arts and crafts and cooking. You will also support with medication, personal care and mobility needs, as required.
