Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Female Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Pencoed. In this role, you will support people to build relationships, try new things, and feel part of their community - so that they can live good lives. We are three ladies who live in Pencoed area in a shared house. We are looking for a support worker who can encourage us to do more - both in our home and in our local community.




This opportunity is being offered on a Part time contract. You will need to hold a full UK driving license for this role. This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check. Due to the nature of the services and the nature of the support provided, this opportunity is open open to Females.

What You'll Do

As a Support Worker, you will:


Support people to do the things they enjoy, try new experiences, and live good lives. Assist with household tasks, shopping, meal preparation, personal care, and maintaining routines. Encourage and support people to strengthen relationships with family, friends, and their community. Work alongside professionals such as social workers, nurses, and occupational therapists to ensure people receive the best support. Listen to the people you support and support them to make choices about their lives.
