About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting individuals with:

Personal care

and assistance with daily routines

Meal preparation

and light household tasks

Community access

, including day trips, appointments, and meaningful activities Upholding our

company policies

and maintaining professional standards in line with client expectations

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are:

Positive, friendly, compassionate, and committed to supporting others Experienced in health and social care (minimum

6 months

) - experience with

learning disabilities, or mental health

is an advantage, but transferable skills and personal experience are welcome Hold a

full clean driving licence

- essential for some clients and locations

Shifts Available

We offer flexible working patterns to suit a variety of lifestyles, including:

24-hour package coverage

, which includes: 2:1 support from

08:00 to 20:00

One

sleep-in

staff member and one

waking night

staff member from

20:00 to 08:00
