Pay rate:

14.78 - 15.29 per hour

Location:

Penzance, Cornwall

Hours:

36 hour per week

Shift Pattern:

08:00am - 13:00pm and 08:00am - 21:00pm

Requirement:

Full UK driving licence (due to nature of the role)

We're looking for a compassionate, motivated person to support an individual living in their family home. This person has complex clinical needs due to a spinal injury and is tetraplegic -- but that's just one part of who they are. They love getting out and about in the community, enjoying activities like darts, boat trips, and local events!


You'll play a key role in supporting enriching, meaningful activities -- and your empathy and positivity will make a real difference in this person's life.


Ideally, you'll also bring experience in:

Complex Care Spinal Injuries Bowel Care (desirable but not essential)

LD&A - Learning Disabilities & Autism Bespoke Team Brain Injury

This role sits within our Bespoke Health & Social Care family, and you will be supported by an experienced hands-on Complex Care Manager.


We work together in a wide variety of locations to support adults and children with complex care needs, and a range of both physical and mental disabilities. We are person-centred and the needs of the people we support are at the heart of everything we do. Our teams are passionate about working in close partnership with the people we support to provide outstanding, tailored care that promotes empowerment, and do everything possible to help our clients to access new experiences.
