With more than 30 years' experience we provide bespoke and innovative assessment and care packages in a range of supported living models which include 24hour domiciliary care and residential care home support services. We support people of all ages and focus on coaching people to be more independent.

The Role:

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals, helping them achieve their goals, maintain independence, and enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities of a Support Worker:

Support in accessing activities including hiking, swimming, horse riding, canal boating, dog walking, arts & crafts, music, drama and socialising with others. Support individuals to engage in social, recreational, and educational activities. Promote independence and encourage decision-making in all aspects of life. Build strong, trusting relationships with the people we support, their families, and other professionals. Ensure accurate records are maintained. Work in-line with care plans. Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.

About You:

We're looking for support workers who are passionate about supporting others and making a difference. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided. However, the following attributes are essential:

A caring and empathetic nature. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliability and a commitment to providing high-quality care. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. A willingness to learn and undertake relevant training.

Supplemental pay types:

Optional overtime at enhanced rate On average an extra 3,490 per annum if you do one sleep a week, more if you do more sleep shifts a week Discretionary yearly bonus
