is a quiet homely residential care home in old Cwmbran, supporting just 3 adults with learning difficulties, long established service.

Within your role:

Support individuals with to live a fulfilled and meaningful life through the delivery of structured daily activities and supporting them into the local community.

A focus is placed upon developing levels of independence through engagement in Daily Living Skills such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping.

You will encourage individuals to maintain healthy standards of personal care, promoting the engagement in washing and bathing.

To provide emotional/wellbeing and mental health support.

We're Looking for People Who:
