We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Agency Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will work in various residential settings, providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. Your role will be crucial in promoting independence, ensuring safety, and enhancing the well-being of our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. Assist with daily activities, including meal preparation, medication administration, and household tasks. Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and other healthcare professionals. Support individuals in participating in community activities and pursuing their interests and hobbies. Ensure the safety and well-being of service users at all times. Follow care plans and protocols, documenting and reporting any changes in the service users' condition or needs. Maintain a clean and safe environment for service users.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably working with individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs Full UK Manual driving licence (desirable but not essential) A minimum of 3 months experience UK experience. A compassionate and empathetic approach to care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Relevant qualifications in health and social care (desirable but not essential).

Pay: 13.68-14.87 per hour
