We are a Portsmouth-based day service committed to empowering individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other support needs to live fulfilling, independent lives. Our services are person-centred, creative, and focused on building real-world skills and confidence.

The Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Support Workers to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to support service users not only in their daily lives but also in developing valuable work skills through hands-on experience at our community cafe and working farm.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support for our service users at our day centres or in the community, including facilitating group sessions. Assist service users in developing work-related skills at our cafe and farm. Encourage independence, confidence, and social inclusion. Support with personal care, medication, and daily routines where required. Support individuals to access the community. Maintain accurate records and contribute to support planning.

What We're Looking For:

A genuine passion for supporting others. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work across different settings, including the cafe and farm. Experience in support work is beneficial but not essential - full training provided. A UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
