We are looking for a Support worker to join our Service in Preston

What you'll be doing:

• The people we support have various Mental health needs. - It's challenging but extremely rewarding for those looking to make a real difference. This isn't just any role, this is a role that greatly impacts the lives of the people we support. can you commit?
• You'll support on a 1-1 basis, promoting independence and encouraging the people we support to access the community.
• Working to maintain a high level of support that's required for the service needs.
• participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
• This is within a residential service.

• Can you work independently, multitask, and organise?
• Have a positive attitude under pressure?
• Quick learner, hands-on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.

• Flexible shifts will involve earlies, lates, nights, and weekends.
• Drivers are required due to service requirements.
