Support Worker Nights - Preston

14.00 per hour (around 32,400 per year with sleep-ins)

About the role:

At Embrace Care, we provide safe, nurturing homes for children with Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and complex needs. We're looking for caring, reliable people to join our team as Children's Residential Support Workers in Preston.

What you'll do:

Support children with daily routines and personal development Help build life skills, confidence, and independence Follow care plans, behaviour support strategies, and safeguarding procedures Create a safe, positive and inclusive environment

What we're looking for:

Experience is helpful but not essential - full training provided Compassionate, patient and reliable approach Willingness to work towards a Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential Care
