Key Responsibilities

Provide person-centred care and emotional support to service users. Assist individuals with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication prompts. Encourage independence, dignity, and choice at all times. Support service users with activities, hobbies, and community involvement. Maintain accurate care records and report any changes or concerns. Work effectively as part of a team to deliver safe, high-quality care.

Requirements

Previous experience in a

care

support

setting essential A kind, patient, and empathetic approach. Experience with behaviours that challenge. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends or nights if required. An

enhanced DBS check

(or willingness to obtain one). A

valid UK driving licence

is an advantage but not required.
