Cooperate with the House manager, Area manager and Service Manager in providing a happy, caring, and secure home life for the individuals, together with a well-structured programme of leisure activities and sociable events.

Record and report about a person you are assisting progress, including any issues which may need further help or support
To contribute to the implementation of support plans with a person who is accessing our services and (where required) their families, that fully involves them and reflects their strengths, needs and assists them in living the best possible life.

The Vacancy
Full-Time Equivalent Salary: 24,192.00 per annum
We are currently looking for male only support workers in the area of Pwllheli to support two individuals new to our services.
Support is required for afternoons 5 days a week varying.
This is a whole new adventure for these wonderful individuals in gaining their independence and building on their skills both in the home and in their community and particularly socially.
Initially the hours would be part time with occasional overtime
,
working extra hours beyond the standard part-time schedule as needed.
This vacancy does have the potential to lead to full time position/s and is inclusive of full training guidance and support.
Drivers licence / car is not essential.
Previous experience is not essential.
