Support Worker Rainham, Essex Full time hours only 24,829 per annum (pro rata) Full UK Driving license is preferred for candidates and also must be willing to drive our automatic service vehicle.

We are looking for Support Workers to work with us in Rainham, Essex, supporting 12 adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism, epilepsy, diabetes, bipolar disorder, OCD, and behaviours that challenge.

Supporting our people to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond. Supporting our people with social activities, and connecting with family and friends. Supporting the management of our people's finances. Keeping our people's home clean and fresh, and going shopping. Providing, and encouraging, personal care. And enjoying what you do!

Experience in social care is not essential, we provide a full range of accredited and award winning training programmes at no cost to yourself, including the Health and Social Care Diploma that will really support your career progression.
