We support adults aged 18-65 living with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries, and mental health challenges. This is a
companionship-focused role
, where building trust and meaningful relationships is key -- although some Service Users may require personal care and support with daily living tasks.
As a Support Worker, you'll help individuals live fulfilling lives by providing tailored support that meets their physical, emotional, and social needs, while promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being.
What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering high-quality, person-centred care
Supporting with daily living tasks such as personal care, meals, and mobility
Encouraging independence and confidence
Monitoring and responding to health and well-being needs
Providing emotional and social support to enhance quality of life
Following individual care plans
Upholding safeguarding standards and ensuring a safe environment
Taking part in ongoing training and development
What We're Looking For:
Energetic, compassionate, and full of positivity

Committed to promoting independence and equality
Flexible availability - including some weekends and evenings
Essential:
A valid UK driving licence and access to a car
Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check
