We are recruiting now for Day Support and Waking Night support workers for someone with a Learning Disability and Autism in Penryn.

So what will you be doing?

You will be supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism to enhance their social opportunities, mobility and access to the community. This support will be a mixture of 2:1 and 1:1. A fun and fulfilling role for the right candidate!

We are currently recruiting primarily for a role in Penryn (TR10), but we also provide support across the whole Cornwall.

About you........

Essential:

Be of a caring and empathetic nature Be able to drive a manual car Be able to support with intimate personal care Be able to work on a rota basis, including, weekends and Bank Holidays Be able to do sleep-in's on a rota basis (where required) Ability to use basic IT systems, for care logging purposes English Speaking

Desirable but not essential, because we will support you and train you.........

Minimum of one years experience in care Previous experience within the health and social care sector NVQ/Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care Care Certificate Epilepsy Experience
