About The Role

Your role will be dedicated to working with a

young boy on a 2:1 basis with rare disorder, tracheostomy and 24 hour ventilation in their own home.

Working to build a professional, working relationship and supporting them with their activities of daily living, in social and leisure activities at home or in the community.

This post will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service Check.

Hours of Work

Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 8.00am to 8.00pm

Tuesday or Thursday 8:00am - 4:00pm

Saturday or Sunday: 8.00am to 4.00pm

Monday to Sunday Waking Nights: 8.00pm to 8.00am

Rates of Pay

Monday to Friday day shift-13.75 per hour

Saturday to Sunday day shift-15.00 per hour

Monday to Friday waking night shift-14.50 per hour

Saturday to Sunday waking night shift-16.00 per hour

Training rate-12.21 per hour

About You

Required

Experience of working in a support role Friendly, approachable and confident Experience and ability to understand and deal with complex needs Flexible in approach to meet the needs of the client Full driving licence Non smoker
Desirable

Experience working with tracheostomy and ventilator Registered on the DBS update service
