  • Annual salary of \xc2\xa313,308 (\xc2\xa326,616 FTE)
  • Permanent role
  • Part-time (18.5 hours) \xe2\x80\x93 Monday-Friday, shift work \xe2\x80\x93 negotiable hours between 8AM-6PM, across 2-3 days
  • Based in Rochdale \xe2\x80\x93 Greave Project

Thursday 14th December The role This is not your standard support work role. Here at Petrus, we\xe2\x80\x99re passionate about people and committed to ending homelessness. We are looking for a Project Support Worker who can provide support to service users at our supported housing projects. You will work proactively with service users who have been homeless and have complex needs, to sustain their tenancies and move on into independence. You will also work empathetically to empower services users, actively engaging them with the community, helping them to support each other, develop resilience, live independently, and to be an asset to the community. The right fit
  • You will have a minimum of 2 years support worker experience, working with service users who have been homeless and / or have complex needs including, Mental health, substance misuse and domestic abuse etc.
  • You will be able to assess service user\xe2\x80\x99s needs, and plan and deliver effective, stimulating, and dynamic support
  • You will also have solid demonstrable organisational skills, with experience in timekeeping, planning your workload, and managing workloads effectivity

Petrus provides residential and day support services to people who are homeless or in housing need.
