Support Worker - Fife Housing Support & Care at Home (Supported Living)


Locations: Dunfermline & Rosyth
Hours: 16-36 hrs/week, permanent contracts (12-hour shifts available)
Pay: 12.60/hr (+ 13.23/hr night premium) | 23,650 p.a. pro-rata

About the Role


As a Supported Living Support Worker, you'll help adults with complex physical and learning disabilities:


Live independently in their own homes or adapted small adapted residential settings Access the community and enjoy activities such as shopping, cinema visits, football matches, and themed days Receive personal care and practical support, including mobility, medication, dressing, mealtimes, housework, and laundry Build confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging

Key Information


Locations: Dunfermline (KY12 8DP) & Rosyth (KY11 2DF) Shift patterns: Days (typically 7am-2:45pm), Backshifts (2pm-10pm), Nightshifts (10pm-7am), over 7-day rolling rotas. Weekend-only or relief/bank roles available. This role does not qualify for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship
