Our St Bridget's service is home to thirty-nine adults with physical disabilities. Situated in a seaside town only 100 yards from the beach, and a short walk from the shops you will really feel like part of the community. We promote a family-like environment - relaxed, supportive, and centred around the people who live here. Every day brings new moments to celebrate: from small wins in independence to big laughs over mealtimes.

Your working hours

We offer full-time and part time hours. We are currently recruiting for a 35.25 hour night shift position, a 29.75 day shift worker and a 18.5 hour day contract. You'll need to be flexible to work alternating weekends as part of a rota.

Day shifts:

7:30am-7:30pm, 7:30am - 1:30pm, 1:30pm -7:30pm or 3pm-9pm

Night shifts:

8pm - 8am

Enhanced pay:

A night enhancement of 1.50 per hour will apply from 8pm to 7am, Monday-Sunday (this does not apply to sleep-ins). A weekend day enhancement of 2.00 per hour will be paid from 7am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday
