At Fronhaul, we provide compassionate residential care and dedicated support for individuals living with chronic mental health conditions across our two friendly locations in St. Clears. Our ethos is simple: to deliver outstanding care by empowering our dedicated team to build genuine relationships with the people we support. Unlike many care settings, we prioritise long-term development and wellbeing for our permanent staff, avoiding reliance on temporary agency workers. Our vision is clear: Better Days for the people who use our services and Better Days for those who provide them.

Providing personal care and daily living support tailored to individual needs
Administering medication (full accredited training provided)
Supervising and delegating tasks effectively within the team
Acting promptly to communicate any changes in the wellbeing of individuals to appropriate professionals

An empathetic, patient, and kind individual who is passionate about care

A positive attitude is essential--technical skills can be taught, but kindness and the right attitude are non-negotiable
A QCF Level 3 qualification is preferred but not essential as training is provided
Previous care experience is desirable but we also welcome those looking to start a meaningful career in care
If you are motivated by the desire to make a real difference, thrive in a supportive work environment, and share our values of openness, transparency, and accountability, we'd love to hear from you.
