Shift Patterns
We offer flexible shift options, including:
Day shifts:
8am-4pm or 6pm, Monday-Friday (3-4 days per week)
30-35 hours per week
including sleepovers over 5 days
Typical shifts include:
3:30pm-11:00pm sleep in and follow on shift 7:00am-10:00am
12-hour shifts
Evenings, weekends, and some unsociable hours are required
Drivers preferred

About the Service
We support up to 9 individuals in a highly person-centred environment, ensuring the people we support remain as independent as possible in all areas of their lives.
We are a very active and sociable service, deeply involved in our local community. Activities include:
Festivals, museums, theatres, and concerts
Bowling, bingo, karaoke, discos, cinema trips, shopping
Cooking, dancing, movie nights, and social clubs
Day trips and travel opportunities when available
Personal care support is provided at varying levels depending on individual needs.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will:
Provide high-quality, person-centred support
Encourage independence and choice
Support individuals with daily living activities
Participate in and support community-based activities
Work both independently and as part of a team
Communicate effectively with colleagues and service users
No two days are the same
, and you'll play a vital role in improving the quality of life for the people we support.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with personal care and mobility
Monitoring, recording, and administering medication
Supporting with shopping and food preparation
Light household tasks
Providing companionship and emotional support
About You
We are looking for someone who is:

No prior experience is required
