Adferiad Recovery delivers a flexible and coordinated response to the exceptional circumstances faced by people with co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions and related issues. Vulnerable people facing complex life challenges need consistent and seamless support to ensure they remain engaged with vital health and wellbeing services - and to prevent them becoming disenfranchised and isolated.

Hours: BANK

Salary: 13.20 per hour

Based at: Portland Road, Aberystwyth

Role Purpose:

The post-holder will form part of a team providing direct, recovery focussed, compassionate and dynamic mental health related support to clients accessing the service, outside of traditional service operating hours.

The Ceredigion Sanctuary services provide practical and therapeutic, holistic person-centred support to people experiencing episodes of mental distress in a non-clinical setting. The team will provide advice, guidance and early interventions that aim to keep people well. The sanctuary service will be operational from 5pm until 2am, 4 days a week.
