12-hour day shifts, Mon-Sun (rota) o

About the client:

Adult with

C4/5 spinal cord injury

, living at home.

What you'll do



Personal care & daily living support

Respiratory support

incl. inspiratory muscle training,

Cough Assist

and manual assisted cough

Neurogenic bowel care

(suppositories, digital stimulation/DRF)

Suprapubic catheter

care

Full-body/gantry hoist

transfers; positioning, stretches & passive exercises to manage spasticity/pain Monitor for

autonomic dysreflexia (AD)

and

postural hypotension

and act per plan Community access, fluids/meals, medication prompts, records & handovers

You'll bring



Proven

SCI

experience (bowel care, hoisting, respiratory support)

Full UK driving licence

(confident with a large WAV) Right to work in the UK;

Enhanced DBS

(or willing to obtain) Due to intimate care,

female applicants only

(occupational requirement, EqA 2010 Sch 9)

Pay & perks:

20-25/h DOE o Paid induction & refreshers o Regular supervision o Holiday pay & pension
