About the client:

Adult with

C4/5 spinal cord injury

, living at home.

What you'll do



Stay fully awake/proactive overnight: repositioning/turns, temperature comfort, pain management

Overnight respiratory care

incl.

Cough Assist

and manual techniques Hand stretches & passive exercises for spasticity Monitor for

AD

and postural drops; escalate per plan Accurate notes & concise handover to day team

You'll bring



Proven

SCI

experience (bowel care, hoisting, respiratory support)

Full UK driving licence

(confident with a large WAV) Right to work in the UK;

Enhanced DBS

(or willing to obtain) Due to intimate care,

female applicants only

(occupational requirement, EqA 2010 Sch 9)

Pay & perks:

20-25/h DOE o Paid induction & refreshers o Regular supervision o Holiday pay & pension
