Who you\'ll be supporting & more about the role:
  • What challenges we have? Down-syndrome - Learning Disability -
  • What are the staff team who support us trained in. Medication - Emergency first aid
  • What activities do we to do? Going to club 25 - Theatre - Going for lunch - Going for a drive
  • What are our interests? Listening to music - watching friends or only fools and horses
  • How do we like to explore our local communities? In the car
  • How do we describe ourselves? Funny, sense of humour
  • What types of people would we get along with and not get along so well with? People that like singing and dancing, sense of humour, outgoing, motivated
  • A description of our home and what type of house is it? We live in a bungalow
  • What\'s the garden like? Big garden with grass and a seated area
  • What are the shared spaces within the home and what do we do in these areas? Lounge/Dining area - watch television - eat our meals here
  • How many colleagues are on shift at any one time? 1-2 depending on 1-1 hours
  • What shifts do you work on? 10-4/5 4/5-10 sleep , Sunday 11-10 sleep
