Caring Female Support Worker Needed Bristol Area


Are you someone who lights up a room with kindness, patience, and a calm presence? We're looking for a nurturing and thoughtful female support worker to join a small care team supporting a delightful 18-year-old young lady at home.

Meet the lady that you'll Support


This lovely young woman lives with her Mum and little sister in a warm, welcoming home. She thrives on creativity and connectionwhether she's immersed in arts and crafts, doing her hair and makeup, enjoying video games and films, or giggling at her favourite shows like Doctor Who and Marvel movies. Her sense of humour is infectious, and she brings joy to those around her.


You'll be helping with morning routines and providing gentle, hands-on care tailored to her specific needs. This includes support with her ventilator, insulin management, and other clinical tasks Don't worry if your new to the role we give everyone in our team full training and support. Our young lady attends a special school, and she benefits from stability, reassurance, and a consistent carer who can help her feel safe and supported.

We're Looking for Someone Who Is


A female support worker as our young girl wants to have that girly connection. Warm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive Ready to build a meaningful relationship with both the client and her family Available for flexible early morning shifts:

You can make a difference with the following shifts:

2 weekdays: 06:0007:30


2 weekend mornings: 07:0008:30


3 additional mornings: 07:0007:30


Are you open to a meet and greet prior to starting? This will give you the chance to get to know our young lady and her Mum
