We follow the values of Achieve Together which are being brave, making things happen, valuing everyone and most importantly having fun, and we hope you'll do the same. Every day is different, and we try to make it more exciting than the day before.

Some of the people we support may need help with personal care. They need support in arranging and attending appointments and monitoring their health, ordering and administering medication as well as organising their finances. They also need support with daily living skills to uphold our tenancy agreements. They may need support with cooking and meal preparation and engaging with others in the community. Sometimes they can manage this but may need support at times.

Being part of the community, taking part in meaningful activities, living more independently, keeping safe and recording and de - escalating challenging behaviours are all goals support workers can help with. Support workers can enable us to reach our goals and help us live fulfilled lives.

About you

Although it would be beneficial to have some experience of healthcare work, it isn't absolutely necessary as we provide full training. As long as you're passionate, hard-working and empathetic, you'll fit right in.
