We are a 22-bedded Residential home, committed to providing exceptional support to individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviour.
What you'll be Doing
Provide personalized care and support to residents
Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation
Implement and follow individualized care plans
Support residents in developing social skills and participating in community activities
Manage challenging behavior with patience and professionalism
What You'll Need
A caring and empathetic nature with a strong commitment to helping others.
Experience working with Mental Health , Learning Disabilities and Challenging behaviour
Qualifications such as Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 In Health & Social Care.
Must be trained in Moving & Handling.
