Support Worker - Must be 18 years +

Kingswood Nursing Home is a Specialist Mental Health Home designed for Adults requiring residential and nursing care and is finished to a high standard and strives to promote its core values of Dignity, Respect, Privacy, Independence, Choice, Rights & Fulfilment.

It is a 21 bedded home situated in St Leonards on Sea. The home offers specialist care in pleasant surroundings.

We are currently recruiting for a support worker to join our team who possesses a committed and passionate approach to providing quality care. You will be required to work 42 hours per week over a 7 day period.

Job Role:

To work as part of a team to provide and maintain high standard of care To treat users of the service with dignity and respect and maintain confidentiality To follow a daily programme of care provision to allocated service users To provide personal care to individual service users in accordance with an agreed care package To provide domestic assistance, in accordance when required To ensure all physical, social and emotional needs are met
