Support Workers
to join our
Learning Disabilities Service at Vincent Place in Stevenage
. No experience is required - if you're kind, patient, and empathetic, we'll provide full training and ongoing support.
Whether you've worked in care before or come from a completely different background such as retail, hospitality, cleaning, admin, or customer service - we want to hear from you.
What You'll Get
12.25 per hour starting rate
12.35 per hour after completing our paid-for Care Certificate
12.45 per hour with a Level 2 or 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care
200 bonus upon completion of mandatory E-learning Flexible working patterns - work 1 to 4 days per week, with alternate weekends off

Your Role as a Support Worker
You will play a key role in promoting independence, dignity, and a fulfilling life for individuals with learning disabilities. Duties will include:
Providing personal care and emotional support
Teaching and supporting independent living skills
Supporting individuals with community-based activities such as social outings, leisure, and hobbies
Companionship and relationship building
Medication support and day-to-day health monitoring
