Summary
As a Support Worker at Caremark Ltd, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and assistance to clients in their own homes. This position is essential for enhancing the quality of life for those we serve and ensuring they receive the support they need.
Responsibilities
Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.
Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, bathing, and medication management.
Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes to supervisors.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed.
Assist clients with mobility and physical activities as needed.
Requirements
Experience in home care or a related field is preferred but not essential.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and their families.
Empathy and compassion for working with vulnerable individuals.
Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting or assisting clients as needed.
A valid driver's license may be required depending on client locations.
