: 12-36 hours (average 18 hours week over a six-week rota period) | Day shifts 07:15 - 19:15:00 | Rolling rota including 1 in 3 weekends

Your Role

As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily routines, promoting independence, and encouraging personal growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting residents with all aspects of personal care, including washing, dressing, and continence care, while maintaining dignity and respect Assisting with mealtime support, ensuring dietary and fluid needs are met Encouraging residents to take pride in their environment by helping with laundry and room upkeep Promoting independence, confidence, and rehabilitation through individual care plans Supporting residents to engage in social, recreational, and community activities Observing and reporting any changes in residents' health or wellbeing Keeping accurate, up-to-date records and contributing to care planning Assisting new team members and helping maintain a positive, supportive atmosphere

What We're Looking For

? A caring, reliable, and respectful attitude
? Excellent communication and teamwork skills
? NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care - desirable but not essential
? Experience supporting adults with mental health or learning disabilities (preferred)
? Flexibility to work on a rolling rota, including weekends and bank holidays
