Godfrey Care is looking for compassionate and dedicated Male Support Workers to join our team at Pottery House, based in Stoke -on-Trent.
As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours, helping them to live as independently as possible in a safe, supportive environment.
Support Worker should have:
Minimum of 2 years' experience working ideally within residential or supported living
Experience of working with Complex Needs and Challenging Behaviours
Ability to manage challenging behaviours effectively and compassionately
A caring attitude with a commitment to empowering individuals
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
