Support Worker (Female) - Sunningdale, Ascot (SL5)



15.00-20.00 per hour | Permanent | Minimum 30 hrs/week (up to 48 hrs available)

We are seeking a caring, reliable, and committed

Support Worker

to join our family team, supporting our cheerful

6-year-old daughter

with complex health needs. She enjoys being outdoors, singing, and playing with her toys.

About the Role



Providing daily care including

tracheostomy care

,

PEG feeding

, mobility and continence support (full training provided). Supporting play, therapy routines, and school/nursery activities. Accompanying the child to school and community outings (

driving essential

). Working closely with parents and other carers as part of a friendly, professional team.

About Our Child & Family



A happy child with complex medical needs (tracheostomy & PEG). Supported by therapy teams for communication and physical development. Attends nursery and started school in

September 2025

. Lives at home with parents and an older sibling. We value kindness, teamwork, professionalism, and long-term commitment.

Hours & Shifts



Minimum

30 hours per week

, with potential to increase to

40-48 hours

.

Term time:

Weekdays:

3pm-9pm

Fridays:

1pm-9pm

Non-school days & weekends:

12-hour shifts

, rota-based.

Pay & Benefits



15.00-20.00 per hour

(highly competitive, benchmarked against NHS Band 5/6). Company pension. Ongoing training from healthcare professionals. Supportive and respectful family working environment. 6-month probation (may be shortened for experienced candidates).

About You



Ideally

2+ years' experience

supporting children with complex or physical needs in the UK. Caring, patient, reliable, and a team player. Looking for a

long-term, stable role

.

Full UK manual driving licence required

. Must already have the

right to work in the UK

.

PSW (Post-Study Work) visa holders considered on a case-by-case basis

, depending on experience and long-term commitment.
