We are excited to begin phase three for our second service, Skirbeck Lodge, in Sutton on Sea. This service provides support to people with a learning disability, enabling them to live in a community setting rather than a mental health hospital.

As a support worker you will be supporting the people who live at Pickworths through a 24-hour period. We welcome candidates to apply, whether they are looking for full time or part time hours.

You will be working alongside colleagues, you will be expected to develop a comprehensive understanding of the people that we are supporting. Your relationships will be the key to your success, developed by a desire to understand individual needs. You will be expected to understand and follow risk, care, and support plans to ensure consistent and proactive support is provided.

About you

Health and Social Care Level 2 (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards qualification Honest, Reliable and Trustworthy Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with those that you come in contact with during your working day Good communication skills Right to work in the UK Successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check
