We are excited to begin phase three for our second service, Skirbeck Lodge, in Sutton on Sea. This service provides support to people with a learning disability, enabling them to live in a community setting rather than a mental health hospital.

As a support worker you will be supporting the people who live at Pickworths through a 24-hour period. We welcome candidates to apply, whether they are looking for full time or part time hours.
You will be working alongside colleagues, you will be expected to develop a comprehensive understanding of the people that we are supporting. Your relationships will be the key to your success, developed by a desire to understand individual needs. You will be expected to understand and follow risk, care, and support plans to ensure consistent and proactive support is provided.
