The Care Worker will be adept at dealing effectively with any type of situation in a calm and professional manner. As our Care Workers will be in close contact with our supported people.

We pay a very competitive hourly rate with enhanced weekend rate and an additional overtime rate.

We also pay a bonus if targets are met.

We pay for the full shift including breaks and travel time!

You will have a structured two week rolling rota.

Responsibilities:

Work with families and care providers. Understand the responsibilities of a home care provider. Provide hands-on care to the supported person. Work with families and care providers. Check in with the client's care plan to ensure that all needs are met. Prepare meals for clients when needed. Must hold a UK drivers licence.
