Responsibilities

Support service users to live safely, comfortably and independently Assist with personal care, medication and daily routines Encourage choice, dignity, respect and person-centred support Help with community activities, appointments and social engagement Promote independence and emotional wellbeing Work collaboratively with families, professionals and the wider team Maintain accurate notes and care records

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 1 year care or support experience A Full UK driver's licence and access to a vehicle A kind, patient and empathetic approach Good communication skills and reliability Sponsorship available - UK only

Pay: From 25,000.00 per year
