We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to children and adults in residential settings. Duties

Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility. Support the implementation of individual care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Monitor and record patients' health status and report any changes to the nursing staff. Provide companionship and emotional support to patients, fostering a positive environment. Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the care home or home care setting. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Drive patients to appointments or outings as required, ensuring their safety during transport.

Requirements

Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desirable but not essential; training will be provided. Basic IT skills for maintaining records and communicating effectively within the team. Ability to understand and implement care plans accurately. A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting patients when necessary. A compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
