Role Summary:

As a Support Worker, you will provide personalised care and support to service users in their homes. This includes helping with personal care, medication reminders or administration, meal preparation, and companionship. You'll work closely with our team to ensure the highest standards of care and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting) Support mobility and transfers Administer medication as directed Prepare meals and assist with feeding Provide companionship and emotional support Record care activities accurately and report concerns

Requirements:

Previous care/support work experience preferred but not essential Compassionate, patient, and reliable Good communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to undergo DBS check and training Valid UK driving licence (if required for travel between clients)
